Chay Ya Switzerland was foundet September 2016 and ist registered as a charitable organization. The first collaboration with Chay Ya Austria started 2015 after the devasting earthquake in Nepal. The foundation of a sister association in Switzerland was the next step to formally establish the collaboration with Chay Ya Austria and Chay Ya Nepal. Chay Ya Switzerland stands for the same principles as Cha Ya Austria and it is self-evident that the two associations cooperate as equal partners, e.g. with projects.

Chay Ya Switzerland will focus on the development und elaboration of projects in the areas of waste management, water, hygiene and health.
